# 3 - April 28, 2016 - Lee
and Karen Duquette got into MADISON, FLORIDA late because they were
at a complete stop on I-10 for two hours due to a crash about 5 miles
in front of them. They were in their RV, so at least they got to stand
up or use the restroom because It took time to get
to the campground and by then they thought it best to wait until
the next day to go anyplace.

no tours.

The two RV Gypsies stopped in Plankinton, South Dakota, but no photos
were taken - September 3, 2016

September 8 - 9, 2016 - The two RV Gypsies stopped in Welcome, Minnesota
for two days, but it rained a lot - thunder and lightning so they did
not get out to take any photos. They stayed at Checker's
Welcome RV Park |
54-56 Iowa
menu September 10 - 16, 2016 - The two RV Gypsies were homeless
in Forest City, Iowa getting their RV repaired. However, only some of
the repairs were able to be fixed because the factory had to
make parts that would take 6 weeks. And they could not even reschedule
the two RV Gypsies until after the parts came in. Scheduling takes several
months. During this stay, Lee and Karen Duquette visited Crystal
Lake Park, a small sculpture park, and more. Then they continued their
journey, slowly heading back to Florida |
