Veteran's Day Celebration
- November 10, 2016 |
The two RV Gypsies were invited
to be on stage along with other local Veterans and they were honored
by school children who sang USA and military songs, plus cited the Pledge
of Allegiance correctly. Children marched by the stage, each one carrying
a large flag for each of the U.S. Military Branches. Each veteran received
a certificate and were asked to say a few words about their service
and they received certificates of appreciation. It was an honor for
Karen and Lee Duquette to be part of this ceremony. |
