Blue Hill is a town in Hancock County, Maine, United States. Blue Hill Falls got its name from the rare reversing falls that is created by the tide funneling into a narrow channel. The water forms a standing wave, up to three feet in height. The Falls is safe to run on inner tube, raft, kayak and canoe. | |
