Below: Three Photos of Carnival Sunshine
taken from the Internet because obviously, Karen Duquette could not
take photos from above. |

Below: The pools were all small. The weather was not
that warm, so Karen did not go in the pools. Most of the areas on
deck was for partying with the DJs and were always crowded. It was
sometimes hard to find a lounge chair. There was also trivia, bands
with singers, games with audience participation, some comedy shows,
a Spa, bingo, karaoke, casino, bars, plus shopping of course and more
on the ship. It was probably more fun for people traveling in groups
than it was for the two RV Gypsies by themselves, although they enjoyed
the entire trip. The best entertainment was the Cruise Director, James
Love. He was always, fun, friendly, happy, and entertaining, of course!
Below are the few photos taken during the cruise.

Below: Karen
Duquette was tempted to enjoy this water slide because it is one of
her favorite things to do, but it really was not that warm out, and
she was too lazy to go all the way back to her room to change. Lee Duquette
is not a fan of water slides, so he would have been bored watching her.
Nobody else was in this area this time. |

but it was not. |

Below: The ship and cabin
rooms were clean and well maintained, although Karen and Lee Duquette's
room was small. That was okay because they were hardly ever in the room.
The room steward greeted Karen and Lee by their first name every time
he saw them leave or enter their room. Although the two RV Gypsies had
asked for two beds, they only got one bed in their Room #1639. There
was a bunk bed high above the original bed that had to be unlocked by
a crew member, then pulled down over top of the bed. Of course that
would take a ladder to get up there. It did not appeal to Karen nor
Lee. |

Embankment and disembark was a quick process with friendly staff.
And James Love gave Karen Duquette a special hug as she departed
the ship. Even then, people shouted recognition to Karen and Lee.
