The
Two RV Gypsies: Full-Time RVers at the Bicentennial Mall 1 East Edenton Street Raleigh, North Carolina July 21, 2021 |
The Bicentennial Mall is a Processional space between the North Carolina State Capitol and the North Carolina Legislative Building. |
Lee Duquette approached the stairs of the North Carolina Museum of History to check out three statues, which are shown below. The gold trim on the windows really shined brightly in the sunlight. |
|
Below: Although this is NOT the first Bottle Tree that the two RV Gypsies have seen, Karen Duquette always find them interesting. Karen liked that this one had an informative sign with it. She would love to have a bottle tree by her house, if she had a house, that is. (She lives full-time in her RV). |

Below: A replica of the Liberty Bell in Downtown Raleigh North Carolina's Bicentennial Mall. And it did ring! |

Continue on in the order of travel to The Ann and Jim Goodnight Museum Park, art and oddities.ORThe two RV Gypsies have seen the real Liberty Bell in Pennsylvania, plus one that claims to be replica but is not very exact in Port Angeles, Washington State. If you view either of these two sites - please return here to finish the 2021 NC travels.
