The
two RV Gypsies: Full-Time RVers |
|
To get from Carlsbad, New Mexico to Las Cruces, New Mexico, the two RV Gypsies had to drive through Texas for a distance. Karen Duquette took a few photos through the closed window of the moving RV. (the windows do not open) |

Coachlight Inn Motel and RV Park |
This is a small campground behind a motel and restaurant. Check-in was at the hotel office. Check-out time was 11 a.m. There were about 33 spots and they are all pull-throughs about the same, each with a small patio and a picnic table. All of the grounds consisted of well-packed gravel, which was nice. Only four TV stations came in, and none of them were major stations worth watching. The paperwork said the major local channels come in, but there was only one Spanish station, one garbled station, a child's station, and something else. Trains could be heard at night. Karen Duquette hates train noise. The office did not want to take credit cards. Their Wi-Fi had a code, but it wanted to be part of a home network which means everyone in the campground with that code would be networked together. Karen did not like that so she would not use it. The two RV Gypsies have stayed here twice just because it is near to their friends' house. The price was reasonable. |
Any comments made above are just the personal experience of the two RV Gypsies and do not make this campground good or bad in general. Everyone has their own personal needs at a campground, and judges the campground upon those needs. |
No other pictures were taken. The two RV Gypsies just spent their time relaxing and catching up with some really good friends - Jerry Gerig and his wife.
