The Two RV Gypsies: Full-Time RVers
at The City of Presidents Project
in Rapid City, South Dakota
May 18, 2016

The two RV Gypsies took a walking tour of downtown historic Rapid City, South Dakota to view and photograph a series of life-size bronze statues of past presidents of the United States of America that were erected along the city's streets and sidewalks. The City of Presidents Project began in 2000 to honor the legacy of the American presidency. Each of the sculptures were privately funded and the pattern of the placement was chosen to maintain a coherent structure and eliminate any sense of favoritism or political gain. The City of Presidents is part of the Rapid City Historic District Tour.
