Three Flags RV Park was a basic campground without a lot of extras, located 19 miles from Rapid City. The roads and parking spots were dirt but there was a touch of grass. The water pressure was very low. In order to watch TV, the two RV Gypsies had to get a cable box from the office and hook it up behind their TV, which was a lot of work. Still, only a few TV stations came in. A few trains could be heard nearby and could even be seen from the front of their RV, but the trains did not blow their horns. There was a lot of road noise at night even though they were a bit off of the highway. The campground had a laundry room, shower and restroom area but the two RV Gypsies did not use them. Again, the picnic table was right by the other RV's sewer connection - that is gross. No other amenities. It rained the whole time the two RV Gypsies were here. Check-out time was 11 a.m.
