The parking lot is always full of cars. A lot of people really like the restaurant and the food, but Lee and Karen Duquette did not. Karen's buffalo chicken was over-cooked and hard as a rock, so she sent it back, only to get an identical un-edible order. There are not enough tables in the place, but there is seating outside. Everyone has to go up to the counter to order, then find a seat, and the food is brought to you. Maybe they were just there on the wrong date and time or maybe it was a different cook.
