The Two RV Gypsies: Full-Time RVers

UNHAPPY FACEUNHAPPY FACEUNHAPPY FACE

This is a "fast food" place located just outside of Chimney Rock State Park. The menu listed hamburgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, and salads mostly. Menus were by the door, then the two RV Gypsies had to go up to the counter to order. Food was then brought to them at their table. There was an outside eating area too, plus a glimpse of the river behind the restaurant.

This was the worst place that the two RV Gypsies have eaten at in the eleven years they have been full-time traveling in their RV. Karen Duquette had the buffalo chicken salad. It was kale, not lettuce, and kale sticks in Karen's throat. The tomatoes were chopped smaller than small and were hard to get at, or even see. No cucumbers although the menu said cucumbers. The chicken was fatty and most of it was not even dunked in the buffalo sauce. However, the blue cheese dressing was excellent.

Lee Duquette had a Philly cheese steak that he said was awful, and he usually does not complain, at least not as often as Karen does.

Note: The above comments are just the experience of the two RV Gypsies. These comments do not make the restaurant good or bad in general.
