The Two RV Gypsies: Full-Time RVers
at Pancho's Mexican Restaurant
July 27, 2014

The two RV Gypsies and Karen Duquette's sister, Ilse Blahak, ate at Pancho's Mexican Restaurant, 3600 E. Broadway Street, in West Memphis, Arkansas. Casey was their server, and she was really nice, polite, and gave great service. The food was very good.

Ilse and Karen both had the chimichangas, but they both ordered it without the mushroom gravy, and specified that they wanted cheese on it. They were each charged an extra $2 for the cheese. That did not seem fair since they did not get the mushroom gravy. They had never heard of mushroom gravy on chimichangas anyway, and Karen Duquette has always had cheese automatically come on chimichangas at other Mexican Restaurants all throughout the USA. Oh well, the food was good and Casey was a great server, and that is all that really matters because they may never be in this area again.. Lee Duquette was okay with his food, although he is not a fan of Mexican food.
