Karen
and Lee Duquette's FLASHBACK

in Branson, Missouri - May 12 -14, 2006 |
Karen and Lee Duquette became
the two RV Gypsies in January 2008 when they sold their house in Florida
and moved into an RV as their only home. Therefore, any photos taken
before that time are called Flashbacks. Since Karen did not decide
to add Flashbacks onto this website until many years later when she
finally put this website together, she no longer recalls the name of
the timeshare they stayed at in Branson, Missouri in 2006.
Also, Lee Duquette said that photo albums could not be taken into
the RV, so only a few loose photos managed to be scanned for use in
Flashbacks. But Karen Duquette wishes she had stored her photo albums
somewhere with family because so many photos are lost. Hindsite is so
wonderful, but not useful. |

2006 because this page was not added to the website until many years

Lee and Karen Duquette took a "Duck
Ride" in Branson, Missouri. They traveled in the Duck by land
through the streets of Branson, sang songs, heard jokes and tall tales,
and learned local history. Then, without getting up from their seats,
they splashed into Lake Taneycomo, where they viewed downtown Branson
and 1931 Historic Taneycomo Bridge from the water. The tour lasted approximately
60 minutes. |

car in a parking lot and Karen Duquette quickly snapped photos. |

themselves a Storm Shelter. Luckily, they were not really needed at
this time. |
