Below: What a nice, relaxing, pleasant adventure this
was for the two RV Gypsies. as they enjoyed a leisurely ride up the mountain
in a gondola to view wonderful vistas below. The ride was a breeze, and
there was a little narrative by the gondola pilot while ascending the
mountain. |

To really get your money's worth, hike up
to the top. Wear good walking shoes and carry a windbreaker as it is windy
and cold at the top. Be prepared to go slowly as the oxygen is a little
thinner way up there. But once there, it is said to be like you are on
top of the world. You can catch any tram back. Note: Lee Duquette did
not want to go all the way to the top of the summit, but they both still
enjoyed the scenery. |
