The
Two RV Gypsies: Full-Time RVers
|
August 1, 2009 |
The two RV Gypsies stopped at Gold Dredge No. 8, but it was closed except for special bus tours, so they just continued on their day-drive.
Below: The two RV Gypsies were tempted to stop and hike a bit, but it was an extremely smoky day from the wildfires, so the two RV Gypsies just continued driving on their day-drive with no particular destination in mind.
Below - a most interesting sign, some woods and two cabins - Two cabins? But the sign says Olnes City only has a population of One! |
|
The photo shown above has a small cabin behind the sign and the photos shown below has a bigger cabin to the left of the sign; yet it is city with a population of one. |
|
Below is someone's
very interesting driveway and property. |
|
Below: This road had a lot of pull-outs, but not one of them had a picnic table. So the two RV Gypsies stopped beside Tatalina River and ate lunch in a mini-tailgate style. As usual, there was no one else around.
Please continue on to various adventures in Fairbanks,
Alaska - Botanical Gardens, Riverboat Discovery Cruise, Pioneer Park,
