Dusk and A Night Time Drone show
Competitions at the Carolina Balloonfest were canceled due to high winds above the surface. Officials said wind conditions made it too dangerous to fly. Pilots still provided static displays so Lee and Karen Duquette and their granddaughter Kristen could see the balloons up close.
