As Lee and Karen Duquette walked towards Mint Hill Town Hall, Karen
photographed the water fountain that was in the middle of the street. |

Lee Duquette loved the pumpkin BUTTS! |

Skeletons hanging in the air |

Below:
A giant skeleton with a weird beard that either started under its nose
- or else it was meant to be a mustache and beard, in which case, some
skeleton teeth should be showing between the mustache and beard - (just
the opinion of Karen Duquette, who is shown standing by the skeleton
and holding its hand). |

Below: Time
for Lee and Karen Duquette to stop for a quick snack at Forest Trail
Restaurant under "BOO" ownership. It was located
right next door to the above giant skeleton. |

Food was ordered
at a counter
and then brought to the table. |

Below:
Lee and Karen Duquette chose to sit at the only table on the outside
porch. |
|
There
were some rocking chairs at the left side of the porch, which Karen
Duquette did not photograph. But she did photograph the small bounce
house and see-saw in the kids play area that was to the right side of
her seat so it could be seen from where she was sitting. |

Below:
Leaving the restaurant, Karen Duquette made friends with a skeleton.
But sadly, she had to leave him behind as she continued to explore Mint
Hill. The skeleton looked so lonely after Karen left. |

Halloween decorations and posters around town |

|
Below: Not all of the Halloween decorations were in
town. Lee Duquette had a map, but they only followed the map to a few
of the other houses, because the houses were spread out on different
neighborhood streets, and there were several miles in-between houses.
Since the map did not show the way to see all of the houses without
back-tracking, they did not try to find all of them. It was a town contest. |
