This was the second time the two RV Gypsies have seen Patrick Dougherty's art. Patrick Dougherty is a world-renowned sculpture who has spent many years building monumental scale environmental works, which require saplings by the truckload. His sculptures can be seen from Scotland to Japan to Brussels, and all over the United States.On June 29, 2021, The two RV Gypsies went with their friends Barbara and Bob Stern to see "The Old Home Place", installed in front of Maryland Hall in Annapolis, Maryland in May 2021. There are no tickets or registration require to visit the sculpture. |

After spending time with their friends, their next stop was at The North Carolina Vietnam Veterans Memorial Park. They have been at this rest stop and memorial before, but the previous photos seem to be lost and never documented on this website.
