Bayfront Maritime Center is in Bayfront Landing, less than 4 miles from Presque Isle State Park. Bayfront Maritime Center is a community based nonprofit organization focusing on Maritime education. Sailing, boat building, rowing, paddling and maritime career awareness are part of the curriculum with hand-on project-based learning. |

Leaving the BMC Center, Karen Duquette took several pictures as they drove along a small part of the Great Lakes Seaway Trail. such as the Statue monument that reads "In memory of the Soldiers and Sailors from Erie County who gave their lives to save the Union." |
