took a buffet dinner river cruise on the
"Spirit of Washington"
to see more cherry blossoms

This was a buffet dinner cruise. Although Karen Duquette tasted most things on the buffet, she did not like anything except the mashed potatoes. Lee Duquette barely tolerated the food. There was a DJ and a few people danced on the small dance floor on the lower deck. But there really was not much room there.

Below: Although there were SOME nice, white cherry blossom trees, the two RV Gypsies were quite disappointed because they had expected to see lots more trees. They had expected the sides of the river to be totally lined with cherry blossom trees, but that was not the case.

Below: The two RV Gypsies watched lots of airplanes take off and land.

Below: Only a few people visited the upper deck, and nobody stayed up there long because it was very cold and windy.
