The two RV Gypsies had their RV in repair in Hagerstown, MD and since their RV is their only home, they took a room at Baymont Inn & Suites in Hagerstown.
The people at the check-in desk were nice, but they told the two RV Gypsies that breakfast was until 10 a.m. when in fact, breakfast closed at 9 a.m. However, there was a diner attached to the hotel which was open 24 hours, so they ate there. Comments on that diner can be reached by clicking here, if interested. Otherwise, continue on down this page.
When the two RV Gypsies first walked into the hotel room, they thought it was very nice and spacious. But soon they learned that the room was not that clean. Immediately, Karen began dusting the furniture because all the furniture had a very thick layer of dust. The bathroom was clean however, and that is the most important room for cleanliness. Karen wanted a room with a jacuzzi because she has really enjoyed them at other hotels. However, this jacuzzi was shaped very weird and was not comfortable at all, so Karen only used it one night, and not on the second night. This was a big disappointment because the jacuzzi room cost more than the other rooms. The room had a coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator, big TV, sofa with a matching chair (no recliners), a computer desk & chair, a coffee table, a small dresser, and a good sized mirrored closet. The bathroom was roomy and nice. The shower small but usable. |
