The two RV Gypsies were assigned
to a nice, long, gravel site with woods all around them and a decent
distance between sites. But they did not have any hook-ups other than
electric. The campground Wi-Fi was very fast. TV reception was good.
Below are a few unusual rules that were written in the campground
paperwork: Organized youth groups prohibited in the family campsites
and cabins. Camping or sleeping in passenger vehicles or on the ground
without a tent is prohibited. RV and tent campers may not stay more
than 14 days in an 18 day period.
PARK and trails are closed at sunset. Campground rules state that campers
must remain in the campground at night. WHAT???? However, the two RV
Gypsies were out past sunset because they were visiting friends, and
they returned to their site without a problem.
An after-hour ranger can be reached at #571.340.1971 Service and commercial
vehicles, tractors and construction equipment are not permitted in the
campground.
Check out time 11 a.m. Late checkout fee would be $10 (providing site
was not reserved for someone else). Any prices listed on this website
are always subject to change. |

Below: The
two RV Gypsies are blessed to have amazing friends to visit when they
travel. They do not always take a lot of photos when visiting friends
or family as they travel, because they just want to enjoy their time
with them. |
