ate dinner at Yours Truly Restaurant in Hudson, Ohio
on September 15, 2013

Yours Truly Restaurant in Hudson Ohio is a casual, family friendly dining establishment since 1981. It serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Karen ordered the prime rib which was actually a very tender steak, not really a prime rib. It was very tasty, but over half of it was fat. Karen does not eat fat, so when the server asked how she liked her meal, she mentioned all the fat. The server talked to the manager and the manager came and apologized about the amount of fat on the steak and said that he would be sure none of the other pieces of meat get served with that much fat on it, as even he agreed that was an excessive amount of fat. He took half the cost off of the bill, which was fair.

Speaking of fair, it must be mentioned that Lee's meal was very good. There was not a lot of choices in entrees, but there were a variety of other things on the menu, so most people should be able to order something they would like to eat. All that being said, the meal was very good, the server friendly and efficient, and the manager was quite pleasant and thanked Karen for being so understanding.
