Magpie Scenic High Falls (Scenic High Falls) is a must see in Wawa. At 75 feet high, 125 feet wide, Scenic High Falls lives up to its name. |

High Falls (also known as the Scenic High Falls of the Magpie and Magpie Falls) is just south of Wawa, off of Highway 17. There were signs, which say "Scenic High Falls". A 1.5 mile gravel road led to the bottom of the falls, although the two RV Gypsies did not know about the road when they were there, so they did not get to the bottom of the falls. Magpie Scenic High Falls is an impressive and easy to visit waterfall. Water Source is the Magpie River. |

Below: The two RV Gypsies
decided to take the pathway and stairs to the right of the falls for
yet another angle from which to photograph the falls. Lee Duquette,
as always, went down the stairs backwards because it is easier on his
knees. |

Below: The two RV Gypsies
discovered that they could not go any higher or closer to the falls,
and the mosquitoes were attacking in full-force, so they went back down
to their car. |
