The two RV Gypsies and family |
Below: Since the two RV Gypsies' live in their daughter's yard, they were able to have a family Christmas despite the Coronavirus. Their Christmas tree is actually a TRAVEL TREE. Everything on it is a souvenir from their travels in the 50 USA states, Canada and even other countries. |
Below: A close-up of Sweden doll, Koala, Kiwi bird from New Zealand, Sydney Bridge Nassau Turtle, and more. Around 225 items on the tree. |
Below is the wire tree in Brian Duquette's corner. The angels hanging on the wall represent every Christmas without Brian. There are also two funny Christmas cards Brian gave his parents in 1984, plus his photo and a ceramic plaque of his hand print. On the tree are some of the breakable ornaments from Rome, Cayman Island, Costa Maya, Elvis, Kokopelli from New Mexico, the Liberty Bell and PA landmarks, Mackinac Island, moose from Montana, New Zealand, Puerto Rico, Seattle Space Needle, St. Thomas, St Maarteen, Gateway Arch, a double decker bus from London, and many more. |

Making Christmas Cookies |
Below: Lee Duquette's 3-tier Snowman cookie - before baking and after baking. |
Below: The granddaughter of the two RV Gypsies resumed the tradition of buying T-shirts for Lee with the children's photos on it. This year Lee felt extra special because he got two T-shirts. One with his grandchildren, and one with his great-grandchildren. They all call him Grampy. (Sorry about the shadow on the gray T-shirt - bad photographer). |
Lee got a nut-cracker Marine this year from his daughter and son-in-law. Karen got a Navy one last year. |
DUTCH |
Below: A few photos other than Christmas, taken in December. |
Below, Yes, the two RV Gypsies do wear their mask outside, while shopping, and around people they do not live with. Even some Christmas trees wore their masks. |
But hopefully, the New Year will ring in happiness and joy. And ring out The Coronavirus, anti-virus masks, riots, looters, murders, and violent demonstrations. |
Opportunities for travel are still limited due to the global Coronavirus, so the two RV Gypsies celebrated the arrival of 2021 at home alone and look forward to a much better year for everyone.ORCheck out how the two RV Gypsies' travel tree collection has grown through the years. |
