The
Two RV Gypsies: Full-Time RVers
|
This is a Good Sam Park. The Woodall's Campground book said there was Wi-Fi here, but there was not. The lady at the office said the village disconnected the Wi-Fi. But even their business cards that were in the office said free Wi-Fi and that is why the two RV Gypsies chose this place. There was No TV at all. The road was gravel. Sites were gravel with some grass. Sites were back-in, and long enough for a big rig. There were service and non-service sites. The campground was not busy. The two RV Gypsies got 30 amp, water and sewer. The office was small. There was a small gas station in front of the office, and there was propane available for purchase. There was No pool nor recreation hall. Trains could be heard in the distance, but they were not loud and not often. Water pressure was good. These comments do not make the campground good or bad in general, they are just the opinion of the two RV Gypsies on this date. |

Directly across the street from Kootenay River RV Resort, there was a restaurant called Fire Valley 98 Restaurant, 9105 Highway 93/95. It is diner style, and low-class diner food. The two RV Gypsies ate there and it was not worth the money in the opinion of the two RV Gypsies. |
