This is the
third time that the two RV Gypsies have stayed at Thousand Trails Hershey
Preserve in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. The first time was in
2008 and a few more photos were taken at that time - (the indoor
hot tub and outdoor pool, plus some wildlife. This was a nice campground
and had similar rules to all the other Thousand Trails/Encore parks.
This time, the two RV Gypsies were merely passing through Hershey
on their way from the Pocono
Mountains.
However, this campground did not have cable TV, but a few TV stations
came in via antenna. Signal reception varied throughout the park. No
Wi-Fi. The Canadian Honkers are plentiful and made a lot of noise. There
was an indoor hot tub and outdoor pool,
although the pool was closed this time of year. No swimming in
the lake, Guests must pay $5 per car. Clotheslines are OK (which is
unusual), but cannot be hung on trees. No vehicle washing. (Everything
