SPECIAL COMMENTS and PERSONAL OBSERVATIONS OF THE TWO RV GYPSIES

the RV of the two RV Gypsies in Mims, Florida

October 27, 2013 - The two RV Gypsies stopped at Cape Kennedy KOA in Mims, Florida. This was a really great campground. Although the two RV Gypsies were only here for one night, they highly recommend this campground. First of all, the roads were paved, and the individual sites were paved (see the photos above). That makes it easier to keep the vehicles clean. The corners in the park were free of big rocks (most KOA's love big rocks on the corners and that makes it hard for big rigs to maneuver the turns).

The campground had Wi-Fi at sites and it was fast, but unsecured. Do NOT do banking on an unsecured sites ever. The campground had cable TV with lots of channels that came in clearly. Check-out time was NOON. The pool was open. No hot tub. There were lots of other amenities that the two RV Gypsies did not use, so they cannot comment on them. No Halloween decorations though. Cape Canaveral is about a 30 minute ride from this KOA.

The above comments are just the experience of the two RV Gypsies. These comments do not make the campground good or bad in general.
