This was not a big campground. According to the campground map, it has 39 sites, and some of them had full-time RVs in the sites, and that included all 5 of the 50-amp sites. There were 6 tent sites. There was a gas station in front of the campground, and also a liquor bar. And the bar is where the two RV Gypsies had to stop and pay for a site in Frontier Bar Campground.
AT&T cell phones did NOT work at this campground. Only one TV station came in via antenna and it did not come in clearly. The map showed showers, a playground, and basketball court. Not much to offer for $28 a night. The roads in the campground were dirt roads. Sites had some grass. The campground was mostly empty of RVs and the only people the two RV Gypsies saw were in the bar when they checked in, and a few riding ATVs.
There was free, unsecured Wi-Fi that was fast. No check-out time was listed and no rules posted. |
