IMPORTANTThere was a very sharp right-hand turn to get into this campground. It was impossible for the big RV of the two RV Gypsies to make that turn while towing. Motorhomes are advised to unhook their toad in the nearby church's parking lot first. Lee Duquette did not even find it that easy to make this turn without towing. The two RV Gypsies were also told to go past the first entrance to the campground, and to use the second entrance (the one with the sharp turn).

The two RV Gypsies pulled into this campground on October 4, 2014. Most of the trip here was on a rainy day, but it stopped raining just before they arrived at the campground. It was also a cold day and evening. The weather ranged from 35 - 50 degrees F on that day. The next day, the weather warmed to around 52 and the sky was nice and blue.

The campground had cable TV, but only about 6-channels came in, and ABC was NOT one of them.

dollar signThis campground cost the two RV Gypsies $41 a night on this date. There would be a charge of $8 a day if they had another adult with them, but they did not. This annoys the two RV Gypsies - they figure it is because of restroom use and stuff, but the two RV Gypsies do not use any amenities in a campground except their own site.

Holiday rates were $5 a night more. Seven day notice required for refund of 80% - minus 20% cancellation fee. No refunds on holidays.

Wi-Fi was extra - $2 for 30-minutes, or $3 per hour, or $7 per day, or $20 per week, or $30 per month. The two RV Gypsies did NOT get Wi-Fi and their own Wi-Fi did not work either.

Check-in time was 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Check-out time was noon. There would be a late checkout fee of $1 per hour per site.
