The city of Saint John is the largest city in the province of New Brunswick and the first incorporated city in Canada. It is sometimes referred to as Canada's Original City. In 2010, the city was designated as a Cultural Capital of Canada. The city is situated along the north shore of the Bay of Fundy at the mouth of the Saint John River.

The W. Franklin Hatheway Labour Exhibit Centre was located just outside the two RV Gypsies' campground. Warren Franklin Hatheway spent his life trying to better the lot of the working class. He was a Man of the People; a Saint John businessman who embraced socialist ideas. He tried to solve social problems most of the population did not even recognize. He believed change should come through the government and he used all his many skills in getting government to do the right thing, especially for the laboring class.

The new yard of the two RV Gypsies in peaceful Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada. This is part of the glory of being a full-time RVer. The two RV Gypsies travel wherever they choose but never have to pack or unpack and always have their own bed, kitchen, shower, etc. and a fresh new yard and scenery as often was they choose. And no house elsewhere to worry about.
