Below is a panorama - The Photos
below the panorama are mostly posted in order as seen in the below Panorama,
starting with the small Iwo Jima to the left
of the giant USA flag and ending with the white Shenandoah Caverns
bus. The Pirate ship has already been posted, and the big limo is yet
to come.
Again, the guide is still explaining stuff to Lee Duquette, while Karen
Duquette wandered around taking photos. The two RV Gypsies were the only
two people on this particular tour, but when they left, they saw that
the next tour had a lot of people. |
|
Below: Lee Duquette
by the Iwo Jima statue - and then to the right side of that is the Statue
of Liberty that is just before the giant American flag, of which a corner
of the flag is in the Statue of Liberty photo. |
|
|
Below: 2 photos - first, a close-up
of the giant Chandelier. Then, below that photo is a panorama showing
the giant Chandelier above The Iwo Jima Statue, Statue of Liberty, the
giant American Flag and the Liberty Bell. Lee Duquette liked the chandelier
because it reminded him of the giant one that he once hung at Epcot in
Florida. |
|
|
Below: The fun facts sign shown
below tells about the big flag float shown above and in several other
photos below. Below that is a photo of the guide giving Lee Duquette even
more details about the float and how President and Mrs. Reagan are connected
to this amazing float. |

Below: The photos shown below
are to the right of the stage with the big flag and the Bell shown above. |

|
Below: The guide told the two
RV Gypsies that this was a great background for photos, but he was too
busy talking to Lee Duquette, so they never got their photo taken there. |

Below: Lee Duquette standing
by the The Spirit of 76 statue located in the center of the floor just
before all above photos. The guide had to leave to greet the next set
of tour people, so the two RV Gypsies had the place all to themselves. |
