There are TWO amazing sections of art on this page. The first section shown below is officially named "Signs and Flowers". It is on the corner of Smock Highway and Mercer Pike in Meadville, Pennsylvania. Everything in both sections is made out of used Pennsylvania road signs. |

THE WALL: Located on the outskirts of the northwestern Pennsylvania city of Meadville is one of the greatest oddities. Officially named "Read Between the Signs" this 1200-foot long wall follows along the fencing of the Crawford county offices for PennDOT along Smock Highway. |
