The Sea lion Cave was formed almost 25 million years ago and is now home to about 200 Steller sea lions. There is an elevator access to 208 feet down into the cave, The Cave is 12 stories high and as wide as a football field. | |

Just outside the cave, the two RV Gypsies look down the cliff and saw more sea lions in the Pacific Ocean. Also, they saw the Heceta Head Lighthouse from here (the small white speck on the edge of
the black cliff in the below photos). |

Not only were there lots of sea lions making lots of noise, but lots of birds (the dark specks) and lots of bird poop (the white specks) LOL | |
