The two RV Gypsies reserved this campground on-line. When they arrived at the campground, the office was closed and instructions for choosing a site and paying were on the door of the office. Therefore, no paperwork or rules were ever given to the two RV Gypsies.
The pool was closed and empty of water due to the time of year. The
campground is right off of the highway so there was a lot or road NOISE
at night from the traffic. As the two RV Gypsies exited the highway,
the side road did a big U-turn onto a very long dirt road.
The campground had secured Wi-Fi, but the two RV Gypsies never received
the code. There was also a laundry room, dump station, playground, a
nice looking miniature golf, and an arcade recreation hall, all of which
the two RV Gypsies did not use.
The two RV Gypsies got a 50-amp, full hook-up site which was long
enough for their RV and toad. The campground roads were dirt/gravel,
which is normal at most campgrounds. The campground offers a lot of
amenities on-site when in season, all of which would not interest Lee
and Karen Duquette. No TV reception here.
There was a new gas station nearby so it was easy to get diesel on the way out. |
