Note: Comments made here do not make the campground good or bad in general. They are just the personal observations of the two RV Gypsies on a certain date. For reservations, phone: -'812.427.3330 - This was a Good Sam Park.

This was a big and extremely nice campground with lots of amenities including a well stocked fishing lake (catch and release), clubhouse, heated saltwater pool in season, jump pillow, playground, laundry, showers, and a paved bicycle and walking trail. Of course the two RV Gypsies did not use any amenities except those at their own site. This campground might be one that members could buy into because it was also a Good Sam Park.

All roads were paved. The campground's coded Wi-Fi worked well at sites. The two RV Gypsies had a 50-amp full hook-up site with nice grass and a decent amount of space between RVs. The hook-up area was covered with a white, pleasant looking designer cover. All sites had a small paved patio. About 11 TV stations came in perfectly (of course the two RV Gypsies did not watch much TV that night).

Free casino shuttle was offered to Belterra Casino, but the two RV Gypsies do not gamble. Trash pick-up was from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at sites, but trash could NOT be put out overnight of course. Generators were not allowed. Guests must register at the office and pay a fee of $4 per person. One vehicle per site, but cannot park with wheels on the grass. No ground carpets.

Check out time was noon, except on Sundays, then check-out time was 3 p.m. (unusual). All times and prices mentioned here are subject to change as time passes.

Karen Duquette can not figure out why she doe not have any other pictures in this campground, since this was the nicest site they have had in a long time. Shame on her!
