These comments are just the experience of the two RV Gypsies and do not make the campground good or bad in general. The sign below on the left is by the street, but it is hard to see from either direction. The white sign below on the right is very small and inside the secured gates. |

Briarcliffe RV Resort had all paved roads, paved parking pads on site, nice grass and a picnic table. There was also special parking for oversized trucks/vans. Unfortunately the two RV Gypsies no longer have their extra long truck they used to tow.The campground office closes noon - 1pm for lunch. 48-hour notice required for any cancellation refunds. Hurricane season is June-November and there could be a mandatory evacuation. Check-in times Mon-Fri - 8:30 am-5 p.m. Weekend check-in was 9 am - 5 p.m.. Check-out noon. Most standard campground rules applied. |

The campground map shows that there are 289 sites, and the Intercoastal waterway is behind the park. There is also a pool, clubhouse, basketball/pickleball court, community fire ring, play area, horseshoe pit, shuffleboard court, mini golf course, However, the two RV Gypsies did not use anything except their own site, and did not explore the park at all. |
