The
Two RV Gypsies: Full-Time RVers with Karen Duquette's cousins at East Lake Campground 3033 Blake Road New Milford, PA June 23, 2021 and September 27, 2011 |
As the two RV Gypsies entered Pennsylvania, a lot of the highways they drove on were extremely bumpy and in need of repair. The road shown below, taken somewhere on I-81, may not look too bad in the photo, but it really made the two RV Gypsies' RV (and its occupants) moan and groan. Many roads were in even worse condition than the one shown. |

Long before actually entering East Lake Campground, the GPS got lost, and just froze on "Calculating". Luckily, Lee Duquette recognized where they were because they have been here before, and he managed to get to the campground without any problems. The GPS never did leave the screen shown below, not even after they were in the campground. |

Below: The RV of the two RV Gypsies at East Lake Campground in 2021. A nice spot by the pavilion with 50 amp hook-up. Yet, nothing worked inside the RV and Lee could not figure out what was wrong. He could not use the microwave and did not get TV Reception. |

The two RV Gypsies were joined at East Lake Campground by Karen Duquette's cousins, Debbie and Ernie Smith, and Shelly and Butch Lewis who all live in Pennsylvania. Plus Jennifer Lewis came by, but did not stay long. Her son, Chase stayed and her daughter Katelyn also stopped by, |
