Two RV Gypsies: Full-Time RVers took a day trip to Point Edward, Ontario, Canada June 13, 2013 |
When the two RV Gypsies were in Port Huron, they looked across the river and could see Point Edward, Ontario, Canada, so they decided to take a day trip across the Bluewater Bridge into Canada. Each of the three lanes on the Bluewater Bridge dictated which lane cars, trucks and special vehicles must be in. Crossing the border was not an issue for the two RV Gypsies. Traffic went quickly and it was hassle-free. |

Below: While eating lunch, the two RV Gypsies heard a very loud horn, and they saw a one-car train on the USA side of the river. |
Karen Duquette was still eating, but Lee Duquette was finished, so he went across the street to see what the small monument was about. Lee did not see any plaque about this monument. But he did notice that it had multiple faces at the top of it. |
Below: Then Lee Duquette noticed a big barge coming in and decided to photograph it. |
