Graystone Lodge had an indoor pool, complimentary wireless internet access and a fireplace in the lobby. A complimentary buffet breakfast was served daily from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Amenities included a 24-hour front desk, an elevator, and coffee/tea in a common area. Free self parking was available onsite.

There were many air-conditioned rooms featuring LED televisions and complimentary wireless internet access. Bathrooms have designer toiletries and hair dryers. Conveniences include desks and coffee/tea makers, and housekeeping was provided on request.
