Below: Karen Duquette attended a Halloween Costume Party in Monroe, North Carolina. She won FIRST Place, and her prize was a very small tin pail of candy, probably from the dollar store. Say What?? It was the only prize given out. Needless to say, she will not return there next year. It took her well over an hour to paint her face, plus drying time. |
