Lee Duquette took most of
the pictures while kayaking. John Smythers took a few photos also. Karen
Duquette had the blue kayak. Ilse Blahak had the yellow kayak. Lee Duquette
had the red kayak. John and Renee were both in the canoe. Renee does
not like kayaks. |

Below: The two RV Gypsies
kayaked past a sign "helicopters may fly overhead",
but Lee Duquette was unable to get a photo of the sign. Guess nobody
else took a photo of the sign either. Then they saw the helicopters
parked on the bank by the Chena River. |

The two RV Gypsies paddled past the "Love Alaska" sign located across the river from Pikes Restaurant and Lodge. |

Below: Just
as everyone reached the Pump House Restaurant, it started to rain very
hard. |

Everyone except Karen Duquette
managed to get their rain poncho on, so Karen got really soaked walking
from the kayaks to the Pump House restaurant. |

at the Pump House. Karen Duquette hates photos when she has food in
her mouth. |
