Below: Blue Elbow Swamp is located behind the Texas Travel Information Center. It is a 0.4-mile out-and-back trail near Orange, Texas. Generally considered an easy route, it takes an average of 7 minutes to complete. This is a popular trail for walking, but nobody was here when the two RV Gypsies were here. The trail is open year-round and is beautiful to visit anytime. You must not take dogs on this trail. It is a nice, easy walk with views of the swamp.
