This was a nice campground,
but as shown in the photos below, the RVs were parked too close together.
It did not give a great view out of the two RV Gypsies' dining room
window. However, just about the time the two RV Gypsies had their RV
settled in, a worker at the campground office brought two warm, freshly
baked chocolate cookies to them at their site. What a lovely surprise!
The cable TV came in clearly with lots of channels. The campground
Wi-Fi also came in good at their site and was fast, and secured with
a code. The pool was only 3 feet to 5 feet deep and closed at 8 P.M.
on the first night even though it was not even dusk outside. Then the
pool was closed all the next day. All roads in the park were all one-way,
which is nice if you are in a big RV. The water pressure was great at
50 pounds. Check-out was noon. Lee and Karen Duquette did not really
do anything in the campground except eat, shower and sleep in their
RV, as usual, because all their time was spent exploring the area. The
RVs were parked closed together, which is not unusual at KOA's. See
the view below taken from the dining table of the two RV Gypsies. |
