The KOA in St. Petersburg was a nice campground with limited, but adequate 50-amp full-hookup sites on paved roads. It is a big campground and lots of the sites appeared to be full-timers. It had a nice size pool and a very large hot tub open until 10 p.m. although the two RV Gypsies did not use any amenities other than their site. On this date, clotheslines were permitted under RV awning only. There was free secured Wi-Fi at sites that was a bit slow, but OK. No cable, but TV via antenna worked well enough.

On this date, check out time was 11 a.m. Check in time was 3:00 p.m. Maximum 6 persons, one camping unit, and one vehicle per site. Fire pits may be requested from the front desk. Most standard campground rules applied.

A year later, on April 23, 2015 - The two RV Gypsies arrived at this St. Petersburg KOA again.
