July 5, 2013, the two RV Gypsies arrived in Montana. They stayed at Cottonwood RV Park which is right beside Cottonwood Hotel. Campground guests get to use the hotel hot tub which stays open until 11 p.m. A code was needed. The Hot tub was smooth and did not snag bathing suits. No photos were taken in 2013. |

August 18 - 19, 2015. The restaurant at the hotel was open 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. but the two RV Gypsies did not eat there. The campground had gravel roads and extremely long gravel sites (90-feet long) with grass and a picnic table. The two RV Gypsies had 50 amp full-hook ups. Great water pressure. Cable TV came in very clear. TRAINS went by with blowing horns of course. There was not too much to do in the area. Valley Cinemas had 2 movies they show 3-times daily. There was also Pioneer Museum, Fort Peck Summer Theater, and Fort Peck Powerhouse. The two RV Gypsies went to the Powerhouse and Dam. |
