Crazy Creek Waterfalls are located on the Trans-Canada Highway, 38 kilometers west of Revelstoke. This set of waterfalls is almost 100 feet high and has two stages with a natural pool in-between. There is a boardwalk at the entrance of the forest and several viewing platforms on the boardwalk. Crazy Creek Falls can be viewed from these platforms or from a 240-foot long suspension bridge that connects the boardwalks on the west side of the falls. The suspension bridge is the perfect place to view the waterfalls. The nearby Hot Pools of Crazy Creek is a major attraction among tourists. The water at the pool is geothermally heated and perfectly clear and warm. It is the ideal spot to unwind and get re-invigorated. The canyon above the falls and the interior areas of the forest make ideal hiking and biking trails. There are plenty of parking spaces so parking should not be a problem. There is an entry fee to go on the boardwalk and suspension bridge. Admission is free for children under the age of two. |
