The two RV Gypsies parked their RV at the campground in Moose Mountain Provincial Park. Besides paying a fee to park in the campground, they also had to pay an extra fee just because the campground is part of the Provincial Park. They chose this area because they had never been in Saskatchewan before, and this area was supposed to have lots of wildlife.

The sites at Moose Mountain Provincial Park were wooded and wide, but not too long. The hook-ups were in the front of the sites, so the two RV Gypsies had to pull in frontwards and bring their hoses from the left side of the RV and then under the RV in order to get electricity, water, and sewer. It was different not having the front of the RV facing the road, but as seen in the photo below on the right, it gave the RV Gypsies a nice private view of the woods from their front window. Only one TV Channel came in. NO Wi-Fi, not even their own AT&T Wi-Fi.

The deer shown below was actually IN the campground. It is the only wildlife the two RV Gypsies saw at Moose Mountain Provincial Park.

Karen Duquette posted the sign shown below because the name Assiniboia caught her eye.
